Thai Green Curry gets its name from the many green chillis, that are used to cook it. We use dry red chilli for depth of flavour. Flavour has a background of lemongrass and a liquid base of Coconut Milk.

Very hot, dark and earthy Indian curry made with tomatoes. Ingredients include Mustard Seeds, Cinnamon, Cloves and many other ingredients. This curry has a liquid base of tomatoes, ingredients such as Cinnamon and Clove contribute to its dark taste.
