Thai Green Curry gets its name from the many green chillis, that are used to cook it. We use dry red chilli for depth of flavour. Flavour has a background of lemongrass and a liquid base of Coconut Milk.

(Choose with Coconut content higher than 70%) or fresh Coconut and water.

(Any will do) or Vegetable or any Nut Oil.
4) Stock
(Good Quality Brand, chicken, beef, vegetable. Stock makes a huge difference) no alternative. Use stock.
