The currie’s texture is thanks to the part ground peanut pieces, and Coconut pieces. This curry is quick and easy to cook. Coconut Milk is the currie’s liquid base. The ingredient Galangal which is related to Ginger gives authenticity to this flavoursome world famous curry.

Can 400ml(Choose with Coconut content higher than 70%) or fresh Coconut and water.
3) Olive Oil
1 tablespoon (Any will do) or Vegetable or any Nut Oil.
4) Stock
(Good Quality Brand, chicken, beef, vegetable. Stock makes a huge difference) no alternative. Use stock.
