How long will delivery take?

How do I get a refund?

You have to log in to 'MyDetails' > 'MyOrders' and the particular item you want to refund. Then follow the request refund link. Refunds take between 2 days, to two weeks to be processed, once we recieve the item posted back to us.

All Allergy ingredience, are displayed on the website and packaging in bold type. Products are manufactured in a premises which processes nuts.

Our products contain dry ingredience, with a few wet such as Liquid Smoke. All our ingredience have been selected for their long shelf life (Best Before Date), without the need of preservatives.
